Here I'll break it down for you because this thing is complicated even for me. All YOU have to do is sign-up but this is not a playable game. The computer does all the scores based on your team ranking and stats.  So ALL YOU have to do is sign up. I will try to create a game later on

I might join, I would just like to know how you come up with the results of the game. I mean, don't we have to put actual NBA players on our team in order for you to calculate the scores. Because right now, I don't see any rosters or fantasy drafts. So how can you scrimmage or even play against someone without a team!? Also, if the scoring mechanism was a little bit more clear (like in fantasy basketball), I may join.

I think you should choose 2 Nba players and 8 from college. As a rule.
