I was making a help screen for a game I'm making, and this particular situation required it to be a separate sprite. When I drew it up, I hit ok, read it over to make sure it explained everything well enough, and began corrections. As I did, I noticed the sprite didn't go all the way to the right, like it should. I fixed this, saved the sprite again, made more corrections, and noticed it didn't fit AGAIN. Curious, I corrected it, and then noticed that even fully zoomed out, the sprite didn't fit onscreen: There was an X axis scrollbar. I hit ok on the sprite, and looked on the costume where it says the costume dimensions.
491*360?! The screen is only 480 pixels wide!!!
Now every time I edit the sprite, it get 1-6 pixels wider.
So, somehow I made a costume bigger than the screen. It wouldn't be so bad if it didn't mess up the test by making the last few letters of each line go offscreen.
Any idea how to fix?

Yeah, that is possible. I'm not sure whether it's meant to be possible or whether it's just a bug though. Why can't you just crop it?

By crop it you mean...?

Cut off part of it.

I did that, but the text still goes off the edge.
