O.K. All of you know scratch 1.3. To make a long story short, text doesn't appear when I save, I type what I want a sprite to look like, and even descriptions do it.

It sounds like the Disappearing Text Bug. I've gotten it a few times too. Try saving your Scratch Project and exiting it (you may have to guess where the Yes button is on the confirmation window when you go to quit). Then, reopen it and hopefully everything will be okay again.
We think this bug is related to memory usage somehow so if it happens alot, try making sure you have as much free memory as possible by shutting down applications you may have running at the same time as Scratch.
