Adobe Edge!
I just got Adobe Edge, which is basically a JQuery/JavaScript/HTML5/PHP IDE which works exactly like flash, except doesn't use Actionscript. It's poised to replace flash in the near future, so keep an eye out on it. In the meanwhile, look it up and you can download it free.

Sounds cool! By 'like flash', do you mean that you can go so far as using Flash tutorials for it, so long as they aren't Actionscript? It gladdens me greatly to know that Flash won't be necessarily failing when HTML5 takes over. Also, does it work on the same framework as Actionscript? For example, can you type trace("This is cool!") and it will print "This is cool!" into the Output window? And does it work on the Flash player, or translate into HTML? And is there a big difference between JavaScript and PHP besides syntax?

It is for web design, not for replacing flash.

But Flash is primarily used for web design. And Adobe AIR might be sticking around.
