I really really really really really REALLY REALLY REALLY want scratch for mobile devices. Please make it compatible for iPod touch 3 gen+, iPhone, and iPad.

But in short, what it says is that it isn't possible because Apple devices don't support Java or Squeak, which are both necessary for Scratch to run.
