Revenge-27 Bull's Eye

I came up with a game called Revenge-27 Bull's Eye
but I need ideas for the storylines, The Americans have to stop the Archers from getting to D.C but what about a storyline for the Archers side [evil]. I have the idea of them taking over D.C, what else?
