It can depend on the time you send it, how busy they are, and the urgency of your question.

Oh, okay. Also, will they respond if you reply to the email? Or do you have to use the contact link again?

Yes, they will. Sometimes I even email them directly at help@scratch.mit.edu, instead of using their form.

Yes, they will. Sometimes I even email them directly at help@scratch.mit.edu, instead of using their form.

Alright. Do you know if it is faster (or slower) for a response to do it directly or through the form. 'cause I know the form adds extra stuff like user-agent.
