I'll explain it in steps

1. Text
2. Red block revolves around text
3. Repeat the step above for each color.
4. Tiny inscriptions on each color.
5. Inscriptions say, "Team (color goes here)"
6. Inscriptions have a little bit lighter of the color of the block.
