how do i become a scratcher instead of new scratcher

i want to become scratcher not new scratcher i want to be able to create signatures

You have to be active on the forums for a month and have to have at least 3 projects.

To be a Scratcher, you must be active on both the main site and the forums for a month, have at least three projects, and post regularly.
