That's not really making the site. I meant I'd be more impressive if you'd coded the site.
As trinary said above, you should learn some HTML, CSS, etc. to make your own.

Yes, this site needs to go through the approval process. We've had a lot of issues in the past with people advertising new sites on Scratch without thinking enough about security or community guidelines and ending up with compromised or inappropriate sites. Those unpleasant incidents have dropped a lot since we put the approval process in place.
