I've had many times over the years when I couldn't post due to non-Admin rights on whatever pc I'm at (can't install Scratch, Java, etc)
A simple online link to upload projects to your account would be great. I have no internet at home and so must borrow connections to upload my projects. And when I did have internet it was dial-up and uploads finally quit working altogether for me after a Scratch website update (years ago)
I understand that if you don't have any of these problems you might think it doesn't matter but I have delt with this stuff for years and this is an easy fix for many people across the board.
Thanks for considering!

I think I recall a page for uploading being available before... but I'm not sure if it's available anymore. I myself had a situation where I wasn't able to upload projects for one year just because of a firewall setting/problem, but from what it sounds, your situation as easy to solve. Maybe a Scratch Team member can answer the question.

I support, this'd be great.

I know that they experimented with this feature...but for some reason it was not put into production. With all the focus on Scratch 2.0, it's going to be difficult to find resources in the Development team to consider this right now.
Have you considered upgrading your internet access capabilities? I think you will find with Scratch 2.0 that having a good internet connection is more important than ever. There's a lot of cool technologies now: DSL, Cable, 3G, WiFi, Satellite. Maybe it's time to take a closer look at some of them?

Well, Scratch 2.0 will be web based, so you just have to make it publicly available. It'll already be online.

This feature will be brought with 2.0. There was an online uploader formerly available that properly functioned (with a 2MB limit I believe), but for unknown reasons it was hidden not long after people started using it more frequently as its existence became more known to the public.

There are millions of people in this world without broadband, not because we don't know about it, because it doesn't exist where we live. I live in Arkansas and we have it in town, but not very far out of town. Nor DSL, and we have woods everywhere so I can't use sattelite. Granted, it is easy to assume that we are simply computer-illiterate but c'mon, Scratch has a history of breaking boundaries, not ignoring them.
I mean, think about it. With an online uploader, anyone can program at home and at least find a pc somewhere to upload their projects. As for 2.0, sounds like online-only Scratch version may be the end of the Scratch journey for some of us unfortunately. But after spending 2½ years here with 1 or so waiting for v2.0, I'd like to make good use of the 5 minutes to 5 years or so that I have left >=P
Thanks for all your comments and suggestions!
hmmm... is there a flash-drive version of Scratch available? That would at least workaround not being able ti install Scratch on a pc just to upload a project, except for firewall issues... sigh...
