I saw this a while back and was wondering if it was possible on the scratch forums:

By having this users would be able to upload their songs for easy listening.
People may say 'why not just use youtube?' but some people can't have youtube accounts etc.
although there are alot of other ways to show music I thought this would be pretty cool.

Why not just link to it? Scratch isn't all about music.
That's why, on my programming forum, we have syntax highlighting in code tags, but that's not what Scratch is about, so I didn't bother suggesting it here.
