Yes, you are encouraged to remix projects on the Scratch website. Simply download a project, change it however you'd like, and then re-upload it to your account.

Yes, they can. You are free to remix projects, as long as you don't copy them exactly. And one of Scratch's primary purposes is education!

Yes! Simply click Embed in the "Link to this Project" section and copy the code you want to use. (Requires html support)
