A: I don't think that is ban worthy, but I would ask the person to give the pickaxe back. If they repeatly said no they I think it would it would be necessary to ban them.

A: A temporary ban would probaly be best in that situation. I would have to ask Qaz if it would be alright if he could spawn the animals back.

A: That depends on how much they stole. If it was not much then I think the person should recieve a warning and have to replant the crops. If it was a large amount then a temporary ban would probaly be necessary.

Not really a moderative power, but on DwarvenCraft I ruled a faction.

Warning or temporary (1 day) ban, depending on how many windows that person had. I would also fix all the windows in the house.

Warning, take the pickaxe, and tell the person with the chest to lockette their chest from now on.

Temporary ban (1-2 days)

Warning if they replanted, temp ban (1 day) if they didn't. Also, a note for the person who owns the farm to place a sign outside stating that it's theirs, if they haven't already.

Total playtime on Phoenix is about 21 or 22 hours, and I play for about 1-2 hours a day, (1-5) on weekends, and I'm dedicated.

Well, it depends if I'm a mod then I'd use HawkEye(I believe that's what it's called) and check to see who did it. I'd give the user who did it a temp ban until they said that they where sorry. If I wasn't a mod I would call a mod on the forums.

Same as the above post, if I was a mod I would use a plugin and find out who it is that stole it and warn them with a 3-4 hour ban, you never know, maybe they are just like little kids tongue . If I was a normal user I probably wouldn't do anything.

Well, If I was a mod I would ban the person who did this for a couple days and give the person allot of my own food from my personal food chest. Otherwise If i'm not a mod I probably would at least give them something to keep them going tongue

If I was a mod I would plant some seeds for the guy who was victim to the robbery. I would probably do that too if I wasn't a mod tongue

I would check Hawkeye to make sure it was legit and then fix the windows.
Then I would give a warning to the griefer. Following up with Werdna or Qaz might follow.

I would verbally warn the griefer, not a real 'warning' as it isn't a big grief.
Then I would give the victim one back.

That would be a temp ban. I would then restore the animals with spawn egg.
Then follow up with Qaz or Werd.

We do now have a PvP arena. To get to it, type /warp pvp.

There are a couple things you should know about the arena:
- item returning is not mandatory. however, if you don't want a price put on your head by your victims then you should probably return them.
- shooting at people from outside the arena is illegal.

The arena should be used as a way of resolving conflicts, not for fun, although it may be used so.

I would give them a warning, and depending on how they reply, I would ban them temporarily or not. Even though a stone pickaxe may not seem extremely valuable, it may be of real value to its owner. I would replace the pickaxe.
