Re: DragonThunder (formerly Virtual Ground)

For a plot, i have an idea:
You are a agent. You have been assigned a mission to bring down the mysterious X-Cane. You go through jungles, cities, and seas to find him.
Ok, this is horrible...
For a name:
Agent 0 MMO??
or
Expressionit MMO??
I"m horrible at names...

Re: DragonThunder (formerly Virtual Ground)

I dunno. It's supposed to be a more social type MMO. More like Club Penguin.

Well, I have another idea:
(Kind of like Age of Pirates)
You are an alien. You collect space ships, and food with coins called Xaliber Coins. You can upgrade your space ships. Good idea, so far?

Re: DragonThunder (formerly Virtual Ground)

How about everyone is a dragon, you could pick what color the dragon is, what it's good at, and the name all at the start. You would have to go on quests that would take place in places that you unlock, like dungeons and such, to level up and move on in the game. It would be called Dragon MMO. You could customize your dragon in clothes and such with money you earn from the quests. The quests wouldn't be "get to the end of this dungeon" because the dungeons would just be never-ending mazes. The quests would be like "delete 30 of this type of enemy".

There would be coins called Dragon Coins which you get from battles. Great idea, TorbyFork234!

Re: DragonThunder (formerly Virtual Ground)

There would also be mini games that you play for a chance at the scoreboard or for quest requirements, mini games such as "Flying practice" and "Dragon Golf" or even "BBQ off". "Flying practice" would be a minigame where you fly around going through as many rings as you can, the more rings, the more score. But, there would be main rings that if you don't go through, you would lose. It would go on forever until you miss a main ring. "Dragon Golf" would be where you just play golf, nothing fancy. "BBQ off" would be a minigame where you try to cook the best meat possible. You would have to use your dragon flame breath to cook the meat and there would be a gauge at how good the meat is cooked. You would go through the levels, each one needing for the gauge to be more exact, until you would have to stop it at the right millisecond.

I do not need an ideaist at the moment. I'll comment on one of your projects if you're accepted.

So not Dragon MMO? Ok then, how about "Dragon Village" (you can put in online if you want at the end) or "Dragon Hall", something like that.

Re: DragonThunder (formerly Virtual Ground)

Bobby, I am really starting to think you are telling people about DragonFEST. The concept of an MMO with customizable dragons, child friendly chat and social features are all part of DragonFEST. The DragonFEST project is a project which has been running since october. In December-January I introduced you as a developer. Hereby I declare, as the original DragonFEST project is closed, you may name this project after my own game. Which I have been working on for months.

However, I need something in return. What is it? Simples. I am a member of the team.

(BTW, You saw my webdesign skills, I will handle website portion. (If any))

If you read earlier posts, it would have been clear that I did not introduce the concept of dragons. Torbyfork and coolhogs of the idea department brought the concept of dragons into the project, and therefore I reject the name offer.

I accept your web-design skills, as I'm too lazy...

Okay. I don't see why you need to, though.

Re: DragonThunder (formerly Virtual Ground)

Well, I've noticed a lot of those "catchier" names have something that has a lot of people in the name, such as club penguin, or toontown, should this MMO be like that where it's like "DragonCity" or "DragonFlock" or even "DragonAlliance". My favorite out of those is "DragonFlock". Oh, and welcome to the team Zeusking19!
