This is what I got when I looked them up on Wikipedia. It's probably a different band, though.

Yep, definitely a different band. This one's from Atlanta and released an EP in the mid-90s called Transmit the Real Thing Electrical Device, which has six tracks (plus a hidden bonus track). I can't find any information on the band or even the people in it though.
