Hi everyone!
hi fellow Scratchers New Scratchers and everyone else!
i'm not that new cause i joined a few months ago but this is my first time on the forums!
i have been making some projects that you guys might like but you don't have to check them out
if i have bad grammer i'm sorry cause i'm very young ._.
i hope i enjoy these forums cause i believe there's nice people here

i have a small question though:
how do you sign controls to a sprite like scratch cat so it jumps when you press space and it moves around with the arrow keys?
Edit:ok i found out how to do it but i wanna make it so scratch cat goes left not right when the left arrow key is pressed
here's my starting left arrow key script:
when [left arrow] key pressed switch to costume [costume4] move (10) steps wait (0.3) secs switch to costume [costume3] play sound [Cat]can you guys make it so he goes left instead of right in this script?

You can either replace the "move (10) steps" script with "move (-10) steps" or "change x by (-10)".
Just so you know, you should try to keep questions about Scratch in their respective forum. I know it is tempting to simply reuse a thread, but for the sake of organization (and getting an answer quickly), it is usually better to start a new thread.
