how to post a link in a post?
i am sort of a newbie on the website, can anyone tell me how to give a link in the post for my project, so that you go there by clicking on it directly?

Outside of code [url=link to the project] the text you want the url to have [/url]
Would come out like this the text you want the url to have (<-- a link to my project)

then you must be doing it wrong, the one above's code looks like this
[url=http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/TorbyFork234/2427488] the text you want the url to have [/url]
which makes
the text you want the url to have

You must be Scratcher before you can do that. They are right, except you aren't a Scratcher yet.

You can post a link to anywhere on the Scratch website when you are a new scratcher.

Yeah, but on the forums, you have to be a Scratcher to make the link clickable...

No, I was a New Scratcher a little over a week ago, I was able to put links to my projects on the forums as a new scratcher.

New Scratchers are allowed to post links that link inside the website.
