converting scratch project music to music files

Hi! I was wondering if anyone knows how to convert music from a scratch project to a music file. If anyone does know, then that would be awsome. Thanks.

Do you mean the audio files in scratch?
Because you can just right-click them and select export sound.
If you are talking about the instruments, then idk
