These are Tips on How to create a good Show and tell topic.
Have a good Name
No one is probably going to read your topic if you don't have a good name. Names like these:
YOU WONT REGRET IT IF YOU CLICK HERE!
Those names don't really appeal to me. You have to be more specific:
Game-Bouncing Boy
Animation-Cheese!
Learn how to make an Animation!
Those names will appeal to me and I will want to click on them.
A look inside the Topic
One of the most important thing about creating a topic is have a good description. If your description is like these:
Then you wont receive any feedback and your project won't get much views.
Something like this:
Hi everyone,
This is a game called bouncing boy. I spent a long time on it. Please tell me if I made the boy bounce high enough.
Thanks
Thats a project I will probably want to look at.
Getting it famous
What a lot of people have been trying to do is "bump" there project. DO NOT DO THIS! A good way to get your project famous is see how many people are on the forums. If there are a lot of people on the forums then its not a good idea to put something up because then it will get lost in the forums forever.
If there is about 10 people online then its a good idea because it will stay on the show and tell longer.
If there is about 2 people online then it is a horrible idea to post something because then no one will see it.
And that is my three step guide to creating a good topic.
Thanks,
-Joletole

If i'm being honest, something very similar to this was written a while back, and I swear the wording is similar too. Either it is pure coincidence, or this is copying-act 2. Still a good guide though.

nice guide, also i have something to add. if your name doesn't really stand out, i recommend you title your topic something that will grab a person's attention, like
instead of "Animation Maker"
name the topic "Easily create animation in scratch!"

Heres a question: do you think this should get stickied!

there's already one! It isn't stickied, but it has a link in the "List of helpful topics in show and tell" which I am sure you must have noticed at some point!

I mean, it's not as good as 10 people, but hey, it's certainly not horrible.
And that is my three step guide to creating a good topic.
