It seems to be a rather common misconception that you started the band, with only the first post even mentioning me.    I did know about us inspiring people but I never thought we could've inspired so many bands, heh. We have started a little fad, it seems.

Should have mostly the same melody line as it has right now, though I'm considering slightly changing the second verse's vocal melody just for variation.

I've been considering singing the whole song, but if a female singer sang everything and I only sang some harmony plus the speech (in spoken word) it could work too. I've never been much of a lead singer. 

And yes, the ending Chorus now would be repeated an additional 4 times. Could be easily done by repeating the tracks we have right now, rather than rerecording it, delaying the album yet again.

The new lyrics sound good. Female vocals don't matter for Gone since FreshStudios sings it really well. It would be nice with your bass harmonies too. I have a few songs coming up in mind that would suit both our bass harmonies too. You singing lead would work too I suppose. I personally would like to hear you sing lead. 

Perhaps since you were grounded, it appears I am the sole manager, and hence the misconception. I think you and I work great to get band matters done on time! We are a hit.

One question: Wouldn't repeating the ending chorus an additional four times mean that the violin solo repeats, sounding repetitive? I have the mixed tracks and I'm unsure as to how that'll work out. Any ideas techno?

To answer your question, see here for a quick edit of Gone I just did. The violin solo only would repeat on the sang chorus right after the spoken word one. And I didn't count the repetitions well - it only repeats 3 more times. One for the spoken word one, the second is sung, and the third is instrumental while the song fades out.

Gone is 4:38 counting the additional choruses, so far our longest song (I think), and I like that :3

I don't have permission to view the score, so could you change that? 

Thanks about the BandCamp password. The bit 'Goodbye' that is played on the violin will have to be cut then I suppose. Yes and you are right; if we change the Gone ending (that's if it is faesible in the given time), it will be the longest song in Crimson Love. Reload is 4:10, which I'm rather proud of. It sounds kinda like a ballad-turned-rock song after the organ solo which creates an epic build up along with the guitar. I won't spoil it for you until you actually listen to Reload!

Arrrgh I always forget to change the permissions. D: Done.

If you see the possible new score now, you'll see that we might not need to cut that bit. I also like long songs - pretty much everything I compose comes out lasting less than 3 minutes and it kinda annoys me. 

Talking about composing, I'll see if I can progress a little in that song idea I had a while ago :3

The score sounds good. I have that untitled song to finish that I sought help from you for. Do you suppose that you could add a lead guitar bit for my song now that you are not grounded? Your song was good, it just needs progression.  BTW, Gone was 3.34 before the edits, so anyway, it's longer than 3 minutes! 

I just need to record them which will take like 2 minutes a song

FreshStudios, I still think your tracks have way too much reverb. Do you add that effect after recording, or is it something your mic has, or perhaps you're recording in a large room? Either way, the recordings don't sound good at all with all that reverb. They also sound a bit rushed.

Great corkboard idea! It's a pity her vocals still have a lot of reverb. It is quite unpleasant. I'll see what I can do about it. Meanwhile FreshStudios, could you upload the tracks very soon without reverb? Thanks.

I don't know how to read notes, actually... So, does that mean I'm fired? :S Also, my cousins are over so I can barely record until Tuesday...
