Super Smash Flash 2
Has anyone ever heard of Super Smash Flash 2? It's a cool browser game developed by Cleod9, that's based off of Super Smash Brawl. Version V0.8b is currently out. It has a lot of characters like Naruto, Goku, Link, Sora, Mario, Kirby, Donkey Kong, and others. I think Naruto is the best character. You should check it out! It's free! One thing I think should be added is multiplayer gameplay, though.
Anyway, feel free to discuss or post questions about Super Smash Flash 2 here!
P.S. As for ratings, I would rate it for players age 7+.

I love this game. 
I have made a couple of combo videos with it, as well as a fail video. The problem is, I can't have a Youtube.
