Hello fellow Scratchers! I have a very difficult task/idea for anyone who would like to take it on! Make Skyrim (the new game by Bethesda) in scratch! Try to make it as close as you can to the game (excluding ALL inappropriateness and extreme blood and gore)! Just a little challenge idea from the Emerald Dragon. Anyone wanna try?

I could make something in the style of it, I'm currently doing a collab which will be an RPG with Animal Crossing, Zelda, Pokémon and Golden Sun style features, I might have a tier based item system akin to that of Skyrim's. It's currently in planning, and I have yet to hear if one of the members can work with us on it, as we haven't a reply yet.

My cousin's out playing Skyrim and what do I get? Call of Duty.
Joking aside, a 3D attempt at Skyrim is well and truly doomed. Even if you want to create Riverwood in 3D it would still be insane.
However, I don't see why a text based version of Skyrim is possible. Like this. http://www.scratch.mit.edu/ext/youtube/?v=VdA8bSsE9eo

But only if it is a 2d version of skyrim. there is a way to make 3d games on scratch that seams exactly like a 3d game but you would have to import trillions of frames (ok, maybe not trillions, maybe more in the billions) into the things to work like "If in this location, on this frame, and if this key pushed, than swtich to this picture, but if there is a wolf, than switch to that picture with a wolf, but if it is an inch to the left, than swtich it to that picture and so on and so on". My point is all those frames of all possible things that could happen int he game would all have to be pre made in order for it to all work in a 3d game on scratch.

I've been working on a top view RPG based after Skyrim.

Interesting... yet it would take a lifetimes work to make the entire skyrim in scratch.

My version will just take place on a small island. The main plots going to be about wolves, that's why I'm calling it Wolf Bane.

Perhaps diffeerent people could work on different parts. and have one person put it all together? For example, the forge set I made.

I'm currently making more things.

Projects cannot be front paged if they are too violent or inappropriate.

Wait, notice how ever since I posted that last comment that nobody replied again for like 3 months and counting? I guess I brought up an interesting point!

I DID mention that it would be WITHOUT the inappropriateness...didn't I??? What I mean is to make a game similar to Skyrim, but it'd be like rated E- not rated M.
