Oh, very nice! I like it!

Applejack: I duplicated your fall background and did some touch-up in Paint.NET, to make it a little more Nitrome-y like your other backgrounds. I blurred the colors together, and then did a pixelate effect at 6 pixels. Anyway, please tell me what you think:

Thanks to me. Sorry about that guys, I was experimenting with a piece of code which automatically pinged me when a thread got a new post—but the excessive number of HTTP requests generated increased the number of views exponentially. Sounds like that idea may guzzle too much bandwidth for my liking.

What's "ping?"

Nah, not needed.
"Ping" basically means send a message. It could be a simple response from a server. These days, "Ping" means send a message, you know: "Ping me when you're free and I'll come over."

Thanks!

I went and touched up the other backgrounds too. I also made some major modifications to the one for Summer.
Anyway, here's what they look like so far:
Modified Spring Background
New Summer Background
Modified Fall Background (from before)
Modified Winter Background
Mostly, I just added lines between colors and an overlay gradient.
I was trying to match the look of these images with that in applejack's other Nitrome-style graphics.

The fall one doesn't really match with the other ones, But they look nice. I just don't really like gradients because nitrome does them a different. It look fine, though.

Hardmath123 is leaving tomorrow... D:

Okay, I'll get rid of the gradients, figure out a way to make the Fall one more like the others, and add those levels. Not to mention fixing that slope... haha.

Today afternoon. How exciting!
Good luck guys, and don't forget to give me credit (not that I think you would). It may be nice to put credits in the actual project, too, rather than just the project notes.

I hope you have a gread time! I'm going on a hike this morning, so you may leave before I get back. D: You should say hi every once in a while, and to see how the collab is going! Goodbye, Hardmath123!

I'm back, and you've probably left already. It was a very nice hike.

@applejack: Supposedly, it's a prototype for the new Flash player. Click "view another user" and type in your username. It should pull up your projects, which you can click on and view. So I guess this is a good way to show off a project in Flash to someone who doesn't have an account.

Alright, I changed the Fall background, working on a draft that applejack had left in the project. Here it is:

Using the img tag for me isn't working inside forum posts. Does this happen for anyone else?
Ex.
