i vote for Scratch,because i dont want that stupid horse replace the scratch cat,i also hate MLP (ATHF is better than that) and i dont want Scratch getting ruined by Cartoon Horses

Neigh is not real.
It was an April Fools joke by the Scratch Team.
Look around and you will know.
But if it was real and I had to choose a side, I would go with Scratch. Neigh is a stupid idea and no horse shall be allowed to make mockery of a cat!
