Grand NES Auto

So I'm making this new game, called Grand NES Auto. It's basically a GTA-based game, but with all NES-style sprites. You'll play as an anonymous character (referred to as Player) who is in the gang, Crash & the Boys. You do your work in Retro City, set in 1985. I have high ambitions for this game, for I think it COULD be possible with the right team and skills. I am the project director and artist.
I NEED:
Background Artist- basically someone who can sprite buildings and rooms, NES-style. I'm going to need, as of now, a Chinese restaraunt, random buildings, a gang boss' office.
Scripter- I'm not the greatest at scripting. One crucial part ot the game is being able to walk around this open world freely but not walking OVER NPCs. Like layering. I want Player to go behind and in front of NPCs, adding a sort of depth to the game.
This is all I'm sure of.

i want to join but am quite busy but I came here to wish good luck, and give some advice, if you're not good with scripts its best not to host a game rather join the making of one blahblah nevermind anyway.. scratch will (not might) ban or delete this, even the reference to a game like this could get it kicked, my other good account got ban just for a form of swear word fully blurred with stars and I still got banned, even if there is no violence or anything it will still be deleted, their are lots of people on scratch who are young and whatever, at least that's what scratch believes.. maybe if you just renamed it would be fine as long as theirs not too much... errr... bad stuff?>?
