Download Restricting
There are some projects with a password to go on. 
So there should be an option that allows the user to restrict downloading. Add to this form about if you want this or not.

This has already been resolved. There will never be restricting downloading because it takes away 1/3 of the purpose of Scratch. You could use this to not allow Scratchers to press the green flag when downloaded, although they can still see the scripts...

If you'd've searched for it, you'd've found about a million other threads suggesting the exact same thing. Go on, do it now. Search it. Then you'll see why it's never gonna happen.

Yup, this has been suggested a zillion and two times before. It's suggestion number 2 on the "things-that-have-already-been-suggested" list: http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=20075.
