Raycasters?
I've always wondered how to make one but whenever I download one I still don't understand it. Can someone post scripts/explanations? Thanks

One series of projects is by Canthiar, with the first part here.
An article about raycasters can also be found on the Scratch Wiki, here. It includes information about how to create two different varieties of raycasters.
