Which forum to post thread in?

I don't mean to say this in an arrogant way, but I find that I'm very good at critiquing other peoples' work and pointing out what their strengths are. I hoped to be able to start a thread where someone can post something like this:
"Ey Zengoosy, pleez critik me shtuff! Heer's uh link!"
...and I can answer like this:
"Well, your first problem was the following error in your coding:
blah, blah, blah, fried chicken, DONE."

...Basically, people post links to their stuff, I look over it, and give them feedback. It IS different than the Show-and-Tell forum, because you aren't looking for everyone's opinion, just mine. And this way I can tell people their strengths and weaknesses and give them a few pointers, whereas most people just say "Nice job!" or "Cool!" which is uplifting and even a bit inspiring, but utterly useless in terms of improvement.

So, now that I've pretty much wasted three minutes of your time, here's my actual question: hypothetically (or not), where would this thread go?

Thanks to whoever answers ~
