Music

There should be little songs in the new scratch. I'm having trouble recording music.

I'm afraid the use of small songs cannot be done unless the owner of the music waives his/her copyright and allows SCRATCH to use it.

Maybe you can look online for a music file of the song you want?  smile

But...How can I put music on from the web? Whenever I click to import music in my files that I ripped from it doesn't say anything. Please answer!

SCRATCH accepts uncompressed WAV files. Perhaps you may need to convert the music file first (I recommend Audacity, or if the music file is a MIDI, Synthfont).

also make sure the song is an mp3 file...hope that helps!

Actually, I still prefer the WAV files instead, as some issues have come up when trying to import mp3s.
