Scratch

Every forum has it's own administration panel, and only certain users have a link somewhere on the page to it.

I'm aware that if you wanted to change the rank names, just go to "Ranks" or "Groups" or whatever. Then, use the filtering option to censor out the regular name of a rank to a joke name or whatever.

For instance, filter the word member (or whatever rank you have) to [insert your own joke here.]

Oh, and I'm pretty sure scratch is using PunBB, and used code to put it on their website, am I correct?

Assuming your forum software is similar to the one used for Scratch, you could go through the User Groups option under the Administration menu and change the name there.
