How to use text files in Scarch

Shalom,
A few of my students wants to use the text files in their scratch progects.
Does anyone know how to read from test file into some variabe, or how to write from the variable into the text file?

Hello and welcome to the forums

you've spelt scratch wrong

Not with normal scratch
however you can do it with panther (google panther scratch)
