Windows XP. I followed the instructions in INSTALL.TXT almost exactly. And I'll try that.

Did you update bootstrap.php? Did you run 'memcache -d'?

app/config/bootstrap.php has to be updated to point to localhost rather than real Scratch. Currently, your version of ScratchR is connecting to Scratch's servers.
