When I made pancakes on my own from scratch from an online recipe, they tasted pretty good. If you used the right recipe and did it right, then it's probably just a bad-tasting pancake mix, so you may want to make them from scratch next time. If you made the recipe wrong, just read the directions carefully and make sure you know how to do everything in the recipe before you start. But that's just my advice.

One time, I tried to make a chocolate cake in a mug. The mug was too small and I was afraid it was going to overflow, so I stopped at, like, one minute before it was supposed to be done. It wasn't done cooking--it was all runny and disgusting.

The next day, I got sick.
