I have been wanting to post a topic on most FAIL video games in existance. From the first game, to the most current game, what do you think?
I think ET for the Atari 2600, and DON'T ask me what that is.

I read an article on that game. It was one of the worst games ever made.

Back to the Future (NES).
It's because of this AVGN hates LJN.

Bad SNES games I own:
Dennis The Menace
Home Alone 2
Bad Wii games I own:
Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs: The Video Game (Great humor, but it just wasn't long enough!)
Notice how all 3 of them are based on movies.

Most movie based games are pathetic ._.

So, a Sonic the Hedgehog game on the list of Worst Video Games ever?
Those people must have a really good taste in video games.

There was a Japanese one so bad it never even got released in America.
Several games are never released internationally because they are more directed to a Japanese audience, whose video game tastes differ.
And @CheckItNow: Yes they do have good taste, that game is the worst of the Sonic series. (I hope I didn't misinterpret that and you really were sarcastic)

I'd say SSX. I thought it was awesome, at first.

Yeah, and apparently there's a part where Sonic kisses... a human?
Looks like one of the characters is some sort of zoophile.
@Codebreaker:
You know, it seems like only a week ago when I got the 15000th post here...

Sonic 2006 was TERRIBLE. Buggy, slow, essentially the start of the (more major bits of the) sonic decline. Maybe we were used to better and it just SEEMED absolutely terrible because of that.

Yes, because if you like Sonic then you must think all Sonic games must be good, and everyone must think so.
IMO, the Sonic saga stopped being good right after Sonic Adventure. Maybe SA2. After that, most of the games seemed kind of forced and unoriginal to me.

Sonic unleashed's day levels were AWESHUM though.
Then Generations removed the nighttime bits entirely. Modern sonic is unleashed sonic but without the slow and grindy night levels, and classic sonic is... well, classic sonic. From the truly amazing sonic games.

You play as E.T.
You walk around very slowly.
There is no music, only the monotonous tones of your footsteps.
You assemble a telephone by falling into pits.
You have to awkwardly levitate yourself out of the pits.
Often after falling out, you accidentally fall back in again.
You must do all this while being chased by enemies who are much faster than you.
After you "win", the entire game starts over again.
Does this sound fun?
