Backwards compatibility issues.

My school has Scratch 1.2.1, and I have 1.3.1 on my XP tablet PC
(Yes, I do have a windows 7 OS PC, if needed for conversion I will install a later version of scratch).

We are making our own projects and such in IT, and we were told we could add to it at home if we had scratch. At this time, I thought the school had 1.3.1 because we recently had an XP server and 1.3.1 is the best on XP.
So I went home, and did a few hours work, and saved it to the school drive using our schools cloud service.
Then last IT lesson, I tried to open my file, but I got the "bad header error", and straight away I knew this was down to compatibility issues.
I can't see anyway of saving the 1.3.1 file as a 1.2.1, so can you help me?

Re: Backwards compatibility issues.

sorry, you can't go backwards
you can download 1.2.1 for yourself here
or ask you school to install 1.4 (the latest version)

Re: Backwards compatibility issues.

But I've spent hours on this, so that's hardly a good suggestion.

I'll just do it myself, don't worry.
