There aren't many original ideas left on Scratch these days...
Maybe:
A life sim?
Scratch HTML?
4-D?

How about a 'word' style programme which you could type into, and copy your text off from in a list?

4-D = time
so...
Basically every game with a timer on scratch is 4-D.

Edit: You could make a farmville like game.
