I have a project with less than 2 weeks old, and has 61 views. There is a project on front page with 40 views. Why isn't mine top viewed too?

Which project would you be referring to? If it's been marked as "not for everyone", then it can't be on the front page. That could be your problem.

It's too old. It would have to be 4 days old or less to be able to get in. smile

When i was top viewed, my project was two/three days old and had over a hundred views. Your project was too old and didnt have enough views in its first few days of being uploaded

No they don't, top viewed projects can only be four days old or younger, which explains it.
