Small Basic

Small Basic is a program where you can actually program like in scratch. the difference is that with small basic, Its a step towards the more complicated side. In small basic you program by using text to tell it to do certain things and with scratch you use blocks and you have a visual of what your using to program and what the results are at the same time. Tell me if you use small basic!

Re: Small Basic

I tried using it but there were conflicts because it uses .SB files. I prefer VB anyway.

bump!
Also, It took 100 lines of programing just to make a 10 by 10 grid O_O so next time you see a ten by ten grid or a bigger one, just think about how much work they put into it.

Re: Small Basic

So... It's like Scratch. But you use text instead of blocks. And there's no sprites or stage. Now tell me people, isn't that the closest you could ever come to scratch?

Ask me what I'm doing, wait an hour than roll a die, if it's 4-6, I'm playing Skyrim, if it's 1, I'm eating, if it's 2-3 I'm programming.

There are likely more efficient methods.

Really? In Processing, I can do it in like four lines.

Well you could do it in 21 but it would be rather hard for it to look efficient. And thanx for the "good job" guys. It took me two days! And its the best I've done, and all you say is that there are better ways to do it or thaat you can do better!
