On every project, there would be a button that says "Report a bug". It would be kind of like the flagging system, but you type in the bug instead of the reason for flagging and it gets sent to the project creator in a separate inbox.

Because popular projects have bugs somewhere, and no user has the time to go through every comment for a bug.

I support, but to prevent the PMing, it would show up in the projects comments too, the project creator would just be notified differently than a comment, and if it's a comment on it, like:OHMYGAWD THIS IS SO AWESOME!, not a suggestion to the project, you could report/flag it.
