Bands You Recommend

Like the title says. I've been looking for some bands to follow, preferably in the Rock genre. Here you say what music you're into, and recommend some bands.

I'll make mine in a sec...

Well if you wanted honesty, that's all you had to say. I never want to let you down or have you go, it's better off this way.

Re: Bands You Recommend

As I said before, MUSE is definitely something to try. There are a  range of sounds in their albums, so if you dont like a particular sound, there will definitely be other sounds youll love.

They Might Be Giants are kind of already my favourite band of all time and I own all their albums on either CD or vinyl and I've seen them live.  tongue

Re: Bands You Recommend

I just discovered a Norwegian alternative rock band called Kaizers Orchestra. Their songs are in Norwegian, but  they sound really cool.  smile

Re: Bands You Recommend

Anyone check out Billy Talent yet? They are freaking good chit. Probably the best hard punk band I heard in a while.

Eh, don't really like it. The type of punk I like is like Tradewinds, ASOB, and Bomb the Music Industry!
I don't really like produced punk.

They're like a punkier ASOB, which is ska punk. So punk with a few ska elements here and there.

Rock music....?

...I believe that you might like Ayreon's Human Equation album.
Especially the track titled "Father".

Re: Bands You Recommend

Rise Against are very similar to some of the bands you listed.

I like pretty much any rock music, but I particularly like alternative rock, hard rock, screamo and metal.

Yeah, I checked them out ages ago, after you made the thread about them ;P
