And I've been trying photoshop (again) and I want to ask a few questions about it.
Where is the circle select tool?
Is there a way to make it look more like Gimp?

Good choice.
I got Photoshop, Flash and InDesign from my school. I then soon after got AfterEffects (amazing). To use to circle tool, click and hold on the square with the little triangle in the bottom left. From there select the ellipse tool or any other tool.
Some tips with photoshop, press CMD + R for the rulers. I find them very helpful. Also, press F for the window to be maximized.

in CS6 at least you can also right-click the normal select tool and it will give you the menu.
Edit: What happened to the rest of the topic?

you have too much money
CS6=free in beta
Also, it's completely worth the money, I can tell from my first day using it. Photoshop on student discount is less than $200, and you can make really amazing stuff in it.

By the way, did anyone answer your question yet? Because even though I just got the Master Collection a few years ago, I have been doing Photoshop for years.
The first question has been answered (it was a noob's question )
But the first hasn't

It is!
Totally downloading :3
hmm, it seems to say "Note: You do not need a serial number to install and use the beta. Simply select "Try. I want to try Adobe Photoshop CS6 for a limited time." in the Welcome Screen when you start the installation process."

Will downloading CS6 Beta mess up anything with CS3?
No, didn't mess up anything with mine. Opening bridge in CS6 Photoshop, however, will open CS6 Bridge, and the default image application in CS3 and CS6 Bridge will be CS6.
No problems other than that
