It's not as though Nintendo is making money selling N64 ROMs anymore.

Warning some games (i.e. Star Wars: Rogue Squadron) will not work AT ALL on Project 64.
And I like how all the New Scratchers are saying stuff like "ILLEGAL OOLLLOLLLOLOLOLOL!1!!!" and "Try Superman 64." (In case you ever follow his instructions, do remember that Superman 64's levels go in a pattern of rings and throwing cars. Also, don't confuse it with Superman on the Commodore 64 [like the AVGN did], and that the game's actual name is Superman: The New Adventures.)

Well, you listed pretty much all the good games. *shrugs*
One thing you could do, if you don't know about it yet, would be going to the graphic settings and turn on the anisotropic filtering and maybe put the resolution at the highest value your monitor supports. The 3D models look pretty good that way imo
And of course consider the legal consequences, etc.

Actually, it is still illegal to copy games that aren't being profited from. (They have the copyright for 75 years regardless, and they can still sell them on virtual console or other means).
(Don't shoot the messenger, though)
