the worst book i've ever read is, in my opinion, The Name of This Book is Secret
the plot started out original and the book had some pretty good characters until you got to the middle. then the main characters become unaware of anything around them and obessed with the book, the villains are, right from the start, cliche and bland. they are the steriotypical rich villains who just want money, money and more money. the only reason they want the book in the first place is to make themselves live forever even though THEY ALREADY CAN! they are insanely money-obsessed. in my opinion the woman seems like a Barbie doll with a pointy nose and lighter hair and the man is a random butler who just happens to be the person who wrote the secret books' author. the reason they made him his brother, I think, is because they ran out of ideas. which they have, concidering that the ending was utterly bland and left you thinking "that was it?" the book barely gave you any answers to the questions you had at the start. the main characters were unusually stupid, especially Max-Ernest. he is weak-willed, has no sense of humor whatsoever and his personality alltogethor is a run-of-the-mill-male-main-character-in-a-mystery-story kind of personality.
The Name of This Book is Secret had all of my favorite genres, started out great, then became bland

I dislike Twilight. It's rather shallow, poorly written, has no plot, completely unrealistic, and literally caused me to throw the book at the wall in disgust.
It has a plot though.
Every book does, but not all the plots are good. Twilight is one of those books that has a plot but not a very good one.
Here is what I make of the plot:
A sparkly, creepy, stalker vampire falls madly in love with and wants to kill a self-obsessed, whingy, dependent girl who coincidentally is also in love with him. The stalker vamp repeatedly saves her life in overemphasized, melodramatic ways. She dumps her friend to join up with him and - surprise - wants to become a bloodthirsty murdering freak like him.
Hooray.
What an intriguing story.
