gif to loads of sprite costumes

How do I turn a gif into loads of sprite costumes? is there a way to insert multi images a costumes or do i have to insert each frame one at a time.

Just import the GIF or drag it from the folder into Scratch and each frame will automatically show up as a separate costume.
