PLEASE HELP??? Variables???

How do I make it so the variables go to the right place when playing online. When I upload my projects, the variables are all in the same place and you can only see the ones that are on front.

How can I make it so that it doesnt do this???

The variable has to be showing at the time the project is uploaded. That means a bad-looking thumbnail, but you have to do it.
