A Newbie Needs Inspiration!

Hey Guys... Im Geekish. Im a newie. Im a complete nutbrain when it comes to creating animations!! First of all, I want to at least try doing a animation but... I have no inspiration. I've been looking at popular animations like caramellstar and astro, but I really just don't know what I should base the animation around. This should really be on 'Help With Scripts' or project ideas or something, but Im new so I guess that kinda counts...

Re: A Newbie Needs Inspiration!

Welcome to Scratch, Geekish! Stick around some of the semi-well-known animators and maybe even get a few tips from them, that might help you get some inspiration.

And as far as the correct forum, I'd say this is where it belongs as it's an introduction topic.

Re: A Newbie Needs Inspiration!

Hello! Go to Newgrounds and  watch some of their movies to get inspiration. Beware, some of their movies are inappropriate for some ages.  hmm

Re: A Newbie Needs Inspiration!

Well... For the whole ideas thing, you could start with two people talking. Add in a voice-over and you have yourself some little talking dudes. All you have to do is add in some comedy and Poof! You have a nice animation.
