ABOUT
Phoenix is a no-whitelist 16-slot survival minecraft server running bukkit.  We have many great plugins, a dedicated staff, and weekly (or so) events that we hope will be fun to participate in.

I advise you to take a look at the fourth word of the preceding paragraph - that's right, the one with the 's'.  Survival means no gifting of items and overall legitimate gameplay.  Don't bother asking for a teleport - you need to walk or use /home.

RULES
Respect everyone.
No discrimination, flaming, trolling, spamming, harassment, or other types of verbal abuse.
No griefing, stealing, trespassing, vandalism, or other physical abuse.
No client-side cheats such as flyhacking, speedhacking, x-ray, kill auras, etc.
No building too close to other structures - this means don't build stuff that's touching other buildings.

MECHANICS OF PLAYING

GENERAL
I assume you all know how to chat, so I'll start with stuff related to the chat. We do have a basic censoring plugin and a plugin that provides support for private messaging and /who. Normal users cannot use destructive items like TNT and lava. They can use /home, /sethome, and /spawn, however. Use /mcc to see mcMMO commands.

EXPERIENCED UPGRADE
After 24 hours of playtime you can be upgraded to an Experienced member. (You can view your playtime with /ar check) You get a special prefix, [Exp], and you can now use TNT and lava! Unfortunately for simplicity's sake you must ask an admin or mod to rank you up to experienced or post somewhere on the forums asking for a rank up. You WILL NOT be promoted if you have and current bans or warnings.

MONEY
Money can be earned in several different ways:
- by earning money from shops
- by auctioning items

Likewise, this money can be used to buy items from auctions or from shops.

You can start an auction with /auction [start price], and the item in your hand will be auctioned. Bid in an auction with /bid [amount].

CHEST SHOPS
- Place a chest, if you haven't already.
- Place a sign 1 block near the chest (for example, above the chest)
- On the sign, write:

(Item name can actually be item ID or alias)
First line will be filled in by the plugin automatically.
Price is a combination of buy and sell price.
You have to have B near buy price (people buy from you), and S near sell price (people sell to you).
If you have both B and S, separate them with a colon - :
For example:

means that AcrobotPL wants to sell 64 diamonds for 10 currency, and buy them back from you for 5 currency.
Also, if you put "free" instead of price, it is free to buy or sell

COMMAND LIST
/help - shows every command
/who - tells who is on the server
/motd - displays the message of the day
/me [action] - says that you did something
/tell [player] [message] - sends a private message
/msg [player] [message] - same thing as /tell
/spawn - teleports you to the server's spawn point
/home - teleports you to your home point
/sethome - sets your home point
/kill - kills the player
/playtime - shows your current session playtime
/totalplaytime - shows your total playtime
/money - shows your current balance
/money pay [name] [amount]
/mb - shows a list o f enemy kill rewards

DONATING
Consider donating to the server. Donations of $5 or more earn you a lifetime donor rank.

In donating to the server you also receive a few perks:
- A colored name and [Donor] prefix.
- Use color in chat and signs by adding &0-9 or &a-f before your message.
- Put a number of blocks on your head with /hat, such as diamond blocks, gold blocks, iron blocks, lapis blocks, TNT, furnaces, melons, and mushroom cap blocks.
- You help support the server.

COMMAND LIST
