The subscribe button on a user's page lets you see all of a user's resent projects. The friend button on a user's page puts there most resent project from that user on the "My friend's latest projects" section on the front page. Which one should I use for what purposes?

i don't think there is a subscribe button in scratch, there's just a friend button. If you have a friend on scratch, then you can friend them, or you could friend them if your trying to make friends, etc. If you click the friend button, you can go to your front page and see all your friends's most recent projects

I suggest adding people as friends if you want to see their recent projects on the front page and/or if you want to be friends with them.
Use the subscribe button to view an XML file containing their recent projects' descriptions and an image and link for each.

Well, actually, there is a subscribe button, but that acts more the an RSS feed in your browser.
@puppmk: You could probably go with either one since a lot of people use the friends feed as a subscribe feature. Personally, I like the RSS feed better because I can organize feeds by username.

Huh, typo. Oh well, it happens, even to ST members.
