Mouthface...?

I saw the both parts of "Mouthface". I know it was made on Photoshop but I'd like to know what steps has been used to make it. I wanted to make my own "Muthface". I have full Photoshop and everything I need, apart from instructions.
Could someone tell me how to do it?

I know this isn't a Scratch- related project but I think this is the best place for it.
